Southern Grove Completes Purchase Of 104-110 The Broadway, West Ealing

Southern Grove, in partnership with Topland Group, has acquired 104-110, The Broadway, West Ealing for a new residential and retail scheme
The scheme currently being prepared for planning will comprise around 140 apartments, as well as a 15,000 sq ft retail unit on the ground floor, which will have a gross development value of around £69m.
