The West Ealing BID is a not for profit company established and led by you, our local businesses.
Business Plans, Governance and Legal Framework
The Business Plan 2014 and feasibility work established the foundations for the BID, identifying local priorities and confirming the need for a coordinated approach to improving the high street. The BID rules and BID Regulations (England) 2004 provide the formal governance framework, ensuring transparency, accountability, and fair representation for all businesses within the BID area. Together, these documents explain both the legal structure and the guiding principles behind how West Ealing BID works and how decisions are made in support of the local economy.
